New reviews of our debut album keep coming in while we're busy working on songs for the next release. In May we'll be doing a minitour in Estonia with melodeath act Tracedawn and local prog-rockers X-Panda. We're looking forward to playing our first shows abroad. The dates are as follows:

• May 25th, Tapper, Tallinn

First of all, Happy New Year and may the year 2013 be a pleasent one for all of you! The past year in camp Minutian was quite trying, but with support from friends of the band, we did manage to overcome a lot of grief and stress caused by last year's unfortunate events.

After playing the last shows for 2012, Minutian are now taking a break from gigging for a few months to work on new songs for the next release. As mentioned before, we'll keep you posted, so stay tuned!

It's been a while since our last news update here. During the past few months we've been busy rehearsing intensively with Pekka (from The Chant) and Teemu (from Swath), who have been filling in as guitarist in turns for our latest gigs. We're glad the live line-up has worked out great and the gigs played so far have been uplifting experiences!

We've played a couple of new songs at our latest shows and plan to continue working on new material for an upcoming release as soon as possible. Exciting stuff coming up! While it'll still take a long time before we release anything official, we intend to keep you posted along the creative process!
